RETURNS INFORMATION

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Over the Christmas period we will operate an extended returns policy and items bought before the end of the year may be returned up until the 31st Jan 2024.  The other details below remain unchanged.

All of our products come with a 31 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product you may return it, unused and in its original condition to:

Once the item is returned we can then issue a refund for the cost of the item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.

POSTAL RETURNS
Head over to our RETURN/EXCHANGE page to be taken through the process of returning an item.

On average you will receive your refund within 7 days of sending it back and we would ask that you don’t chase us before then.

EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
If your product does not fit you may return it and swap it for a different size. The cost of returning the item to us is borne by the customer although we will usually pay to have the exchanged item sent back out (UK delivery only). Please include a note with your return detailing your name, address and remember to say which size you would like in exchange. We will process the exchange and send out the item once we have received the return.

Urgent Exchanges If you require an exchange urgently, it will be quickest to place a new order then return the existing item for a refund. Doing this however will mean that you will pay the delivery charge for sending out the exchange item whereas we usually bear this cost if exchanging once we have received the returned item.

International Orders For international returns or exchanges the costs of returning the item is borne by the customer. Once the return has been received we will get in touch to discuss the cost of having the exchange items sent out. When returning items from outside of the EU the carrier must be made aware that the items being sent are Returned Goods. Both the paperwork and a label saying “RETURN ITEM” should be fixed to the outside of the parcel where it can clearly been seen by customs.

Cancelled Orders If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible by calling 0141 221 7674 or emailing admin@lomo.co.uk so we can try to stop it being despatched.

Warranty Returns If you want to return an item because it is faulty please contact our customer service department first before returning an item. Email: admin@lomo.co.uk Tel: 0141 221 7674 International: 0044 141 221 7674 If possible please provide a photograph of the fault to help us decide what the best method of resolution will be. We ask that you contact us first because we may decide that the item doesn’t have to be returned or in other cases we will provide a pre-paid returns label. We may ask that you bear the cost of returning an item although this cost will be refunded to you once we have received the return and proved it to be faulty. The above items do not overrule any of your existing legal rights which obviously have precedence. Contract terms and conditions are based on Scottish Law..
